Join us on Friday, June 27, 2025 as we lend a hand to A Sense of Home in El Monte, California! This incredible non-profit provides essential home furnishings to young people who have aged out of the foster care system, as well as victims of recent fires. We'll be there, where our main activities will involve assembling furniture and sorting donations to help those affected by fires.

Repair the World - New York is excited to partner with Jewish organizations across the city to march for LGBTQ+ rights this year! Join LGBTQ+ Jews from all over the city for Jew York Pride: start off the morning with a bagel brunch in Times Square and then march in NYC Pride!

Join Rabbi Dimitry Ekshtut of Base Harlem and Project Harlem in partnership with Repair the World for a bi-monthly night of PB&J sandwich-making and Jewish wisdom - to nourish our neighbors with food (in partnership with the New York Common Pantry) and to nourish ourselves through community and shared Jewish learning.

In light of the horrific fires that ravaged our community this past winter, NECHAMA - Jewish Response to Disaster - is launching fire mitigation projects in Greater Los Angeles. Initially prioritizing synagogues, Jewish schools, camps, and other Jewish communal agencies particularly at risk in future wildfires, NECHAMA and Repair are mobilizing volunteers to help with brush and vegetation removal at these institutions over the next six months. We will begin our Los Angeles work at Stephen Wise Temple in Bel Air. Volunteers must be 14 years or older (with a family member or guardian if younger than 18). Volunteers will be trained on all needed tasks.
